Whoa! 

I decided to release a playable level 1 prototype so everyone could see the progress of the game and get a feel for what it is looking like. In this prototype there is no death or game over, just a testing of the mechanics and some temp sounds. You must use a controller for now and press A on the menu screen. When you are finished hit ESC on the keyboard. A is to shoot, B is for special attacks that you pick up in the chests.
